

Dark Heroes: Part 1, Rely.The night was damp and cold. The moon shone high above the ground. It was completely full, which made Anne Marie snuggle into her blanket. She was very superstitious and believed every folk tale or ghost/monster story told. People always taunted Anne Marie for her beliefs but they never knew she was right. Anne Marie felt a hand touch her shoulder lightly. She jumped up and waved her hand around, saying a few prayers and old spells to keep out the monsters. The hand was now tugging her blanket tightly. The Game, Part 1That little rascal. I stood there with my team, watching the house fade to the distance. "This is so stupid!" Linda yelled grabbing hold of her baseball cap. "We have to bow to a little kid!" Her loud voice grew quiet as the wise one, who we called Master, stood forward. "This is no kid, Linda. He has the greatest powers." Linda snickered. "I'm not on this team anymore!" I watched as she stomped away. "Master, I'm confused." He turned to me, stroking his long grey beard. "You had prepared us so long, for a fight.
